It was a game that started out great. The Lady Eagles jumped out to 12-9 lead at the end of One. The halftime deficit wasn't that bad as they were down, 29-24. However, I could see the frustration on their faces as they walked off the court after the halftime buzzer sounded. It was that frustration that led them to lose the 5th Place game again to #5 Northeast: 65-37. DJ Jackson and Tamani Manning each with 10 in the loss. Tamani Manning had a standout first half, creating reasons on why she's one of the top players in the county. Sydney Perry made every single three pointer she made. She finished the Tournament, 4-4 on Three Pointers. With the loss, the Eagles claim 6th Place before starting conference play against Dudley, Jan. 6th at home.
